SIPs are manufactured under rigid and predictable quality control requirements. You get the benefit of precise material and labor control. Since labor is the single costliest item in construciton, when you 'manage' labor, you manage costs that can not otherwise be controlled. Waste (another 7-8% cost) is virtually eliminated. |
