6,000 Square Foot Custom Residence

Custom Residential 'builder's' home included site evaluation, engineering, permit processing, on-site Construction Management and Sub-Contractor Budget Control and Management.


We had the entire gable end of the house built in the factory, complete with all lumber and sp lines - installation: 7 hours. Equivalent time to 'stick frame' = 6 days!


This 2,200 s/f garage was built in 2 days!



Using Sip's allowed us to create a 'beam pocket' within the SIP wall panels and increased the production by 65% on this section alone!


Our specialized framing with SIPs allowed us to eliminate the necessity to insulate and block at the wall/floor joist areas...time savings= 1 week
